SHIPPING POLICY

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere using Fedex, UPS, DHL, USPS. Being that some of the products are not made prior to your order, please allow us 3-5 days to deliver your fresh, SKYN Clinic Custom Blend product.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If not, we understand that everyone has different preferences. We hope you’ll find something else to customize in our collection.

Return/Exchange Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange, SKYN will accept returned items in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Refunds for items returned within 14 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) via the original method of payment. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package and must include a copy of the original invoice or sales receipt. Before returning package you will need to contact us at SKYN to receive a Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
